Stüssy and Converse come together again and bring us the perfect spring sneaker. The two have once again worked on the Chuck 70 model. However, the Stüssy x Converse Chuck 70 'Fossil' is completely different from the previous Converse collabs. The new collaboration will release on 30 March 2023.
The upper of this Chuck 70 consists of kemp fibres which is better known as linen. You have seen this material before in previous Stüssy collabs. For instance, they teamed up with Nike to release the Stüssy X Nike Air Force 1 'Fossil Stone' in 2020 and the Stüssy x Nike Air Max Penny 2 'Fossil' in 2023. The 'Fossil' trend continues again on the Converse model.
Even though the sneakers upper is similar to previous Nike collaborations, the Chuck 70 uses several unique signature details that we haven't seen before. For instance, small pearls are placed on the side of the model; these pearls form the streetwear brand's interlocking S logo. The tongue and insoles of the Chuck 70 'Fossil' feature the well-known Stüssy logo.
