The fourth season of the Netflix series 'Stranger Things' is being watched en masse and breaking records on all sides. Vans is celebrating this success with a special edition of the Vans Old Skool, called the 'Hellfire Club'. The pair will be available from August 26, 2022 at various skate shops and on the Vans website.
The Vans Old Skool 'Hellfire Club' is inspired by Hawkins High School's Dungeons and Dragons club. The upper is black canvas with an infernal, red lava pattern. Furthermore, the sneaker contains more horror inspired details. Like the demon, the dagger and the text 'Hell Can Wait' on the midsole.
The midsole also reads 'Choose Your Weapon Wisely'. This in turn is an inspired by the role-playing game Dungeons and Dragons. The dice graphic on the heel is also a reference to D&D.
