With SJ Radio & La Cassette Recordings, we're trying to give more and more DJs a place outside of our network. Many faces are already familiar to us from past La Cassette events at EKKO, Weelde or Filmcafe. By wanting to represent our own broad music taste, this week someone we all love is behind the decks.
This time, NOVO. He already played La Cassette N.4 in EKKO and has been one of our favourite DJs ever since. Rupert is a star at reading the audience and interacting with them. As founder of Heartbreak and with years of experience as a DJ, mainly in Rotterdam, he is an indispensable part of the scene.
From 90's hiphop to contemporary tunes, from RnB to Drum n Bass, he can do it all. Expect the same in this set specially curated for La Cassette Recordings & SneakerJagers Radio. We hope to see him again soon at new editions of La Cassette in poppodium EKKO in Utrecht or parties in Rotterdam at Weelde. Expect him at Mysteryland Haarlemmermeer this year at the 90's stage!
