The first images of a new Ronnie Fieg x New Balance collab have been shared. The New York-based KITH owner has had several successful collaborations, including several with New Balance. The images from the new collaboration have been shared via Instagram account @le.syndrome. Although there are not many images, there are many details of the shoe shown.
Ronnie Fieg is one of the best known names in the streetwear scene. But this has not always been the case, for he has come a long way. He started working in retail at an early age. From the age of 12, he worked in his uncle's shoe shop. After this, he started working for Asics and was finally allowed to make a collab with the brand. And that's not all, Fieg has had numerous collaborations with big brands such as Nike, Coca Cola, adidas and many more.
Ronnie Fieg x New Balance RC 1300: The Design
This is the new Ronnie Fieg x New Balance collab. The model chosen is the RC 1300, it has the recognizable New Balance silhouette and a thick foam sole. The shoe is almost completely covered with a brown upper. The materials alternate from mesh to suede.
Furthermore, the sneaker contains various cream-coloured details. The heel tab, the tongue, laces and the bottom of the sole have this colour. Also the famous 'N' on the side of the shoe is done in this colour.
What is striking, is that a KITH pattern is incorporated. This pattern was also used in a Nike Air Force collab. The words 'KITH' and 'FIEG' can also be found on the heel tab. To complete the look, the sole and NB logo on the side and tongue are made white. This makes the cream colour stand out even more.
Ronnie Fieg - Collabs
As mentioned before, this is not Ronnie's first sneaker collab. Last year, he released an Air Force 1 with Nike. The AF1 has a classic white base with swooshes in blue and orange. Fieg also had another collaboration with Asics, allowing him to design 30 colourways for the Gel Lyte iii.
The collaborations with Ronnie Fieg are always unique and well received by sneaker lovers. Want to try and score a pair of the Ronnie Fieg x New Balance RC 1300? There is no release date yet, but keep an eye on our release calendar to make sure you don't miss it!
