Patta has been collaborating with different brands for the last couple of months. The Amsterdam-based brand already teamed up with New Balance in September, and in December we saw the Patta x Reebok Club C 85. Now Patta is partnering with New Balance again and this month they will release a colorway for the 991 model.
The last time the two brands released a sneaker was in September 2020. This was done on the new 920 model and was meant to boost the new silhouette of New Balance. Since this release, several colourways have been released on the 920 model, but the Patta collaboration remains a favourite.
Patta x New Balance 991
As a New Balance fan, most know that New Balance always uses premium materials. This can be seen once again on the Patta New Balance 991. On the base of the sneaker, grey mesh is used. This grey mesh is then combined with premium suede and leather overlays. These overlays have been given an orange hue. The midfoot features the N in grey with more New Balance branding on the tongue. Of course, the Patta branding is also included and is placed on the side of the heel and tongue. The upper rests on a white/beige midsole that has the Absorb technology.
