Thank you Air Max Day 2021! On 26 March, we celebrated the eighth Air Max Day since 2014. During this massive celebration, some very cool sneakers were revealed, including the Travis Scott x Nike Air Max 1. This sneaker has not been dropped yet, but we already have some information about this new collab. Do you want to know what? Read on!
Air Max Day 2021
On 26 March 1987, the first release of the Air Max 1 took place. Since 26 March 2014, Nike has organised an annual celebration for the iconic Air Max line. The past Air Max Day 2021 was the eighth celebration. It was a sweet virtual experience and we are ready for next year!
The big reveal
The sneaker was unveiled through a series of short videos on the SNKRS App. The silhouette shows us signature Travis Scott details. For example, we saw the brown earth tones, thick rope laces and a circus-like "Cactus Jack" logo on what appears to be the heel. These details may sound like an exact second release of the Travis Scott Air Max 270 React is dropping, but that is not the case. We know from the sneak peaks that this sneaker will look different.

Unfortunately, we do not yet know when the release will take place. At the end of the latest video footage, however, the message appeared: 'Stay tuned for more details on the Nike x Travis Scott Air Max 1, including availability and release information'. So we'll definitely be keeping our eyes peeled for any new information. As usual, you will be the first to know! Check out part of the video below so you don't have to look any further.
