Rapper and artist Pharrell Williams teams up with adidas and introduces the adidas NMD S1 RYAT 'Tan'. The two names are no strangers to each other and have a longstanding collaboration. The NMD S1 RYAT 'Tan' has an outdoor look and will be released on September 2, 2022, at adidas Confirmed.
Pharrell and adidas have been working together since 2014. The rapper and artist is known for his unique style that combines streetwear and bright colors. Pharrell also brings this back in his designs at adidas. His NMD line already features many striking designs, and the Tennis HU model design is also the artist's work.
Now Pharrell comes out with an outdoor-inspired sneaker. The NMD S1 RYAT 'Tan' has a functional design and is designed with durable materials. The upper colors light brown and has been given suede overlays. During the design process, the silhouette was tested and restructured as many times as possible using different prototypes to get the best model.
Subtle color details are put all over the design. This gives the sneaker a striking twist. Human Race has also been put on the tongue, the name of the collaboration of the two. The NMD S1 RYAT has been given a chunky midsole. This colors brown and is translucent.
