Patta drops the second part of their AW21 collection today, Friday 13 August, at 13:00. This collection includes must-haves that will keep you warm in the cold months.
About the Collection
Patta gives a nod to the hip-hop of the 90s with this collection. The founders Edson Sabajo and Guillaume Schmidt were closely involved. Edson worked at Fatbeats, a record shop, where he met Guillaume.
The constant growth of hip-hop culture in European cities came from the hope and aspiration of people like Gee and Edson. A positive mindset was present. A genuine belief that there was something good behind the door if you just kept knocking. That's hip hop according to Patta's founders. Fighting back against oppression and promoting your own culture and the ones you see around you.
With this collection, Patta expresses what they believe in, together as a big family. They are for emancipation, for empowerment and for expression.

Outerwear
Patta often has different outerwear items in their collections. From varsity jackets to puffer jackets, we've seen many different variations.
In this collection, there are of course a number of jackets for the Autumn. Below is the Patta Wool Check Overshirt. This is a checkered jacket that is made of wool. On the back it says "Team Patta".
Underneath the Patta Wool Check Overshirt you will see two Patta Basic Sherpa Coach Jackets. These are very simple and come in black and in dark blue. The jacket is lined with Sherpa wool for extra warmth.

Sweatshirts
The selection of jumpers and hoodies is not too bad this fall. We love the Patta Basic Hooded Sweater with a snake print on it.

T-Shirts
In the second drop of Patta's AW21 collection there are four t-shirts. One of these shirts is a button-up and you can see it on the top left. This is the Patta Got Love Shortsleeve Shirt. On this shirt are Surinamese prints and portraits of Anton de Kom. Anton de Kom was very much against slavery.
To go with the hoodie with the snake print is the Patta Basic Script T-Shirt. The print continues on the front and back. The bottom two t-shirts are the Patta Sex Is Cool T-Shirts. These shirts come in blue and black.

Bottoms
In the second part of Patta's collection are three different trousers. The first trousers is the Patta Basic Cargo Pants in olive green. On the thigh are two larger pockets with the Patta logo embroidered on them.
The Amsterdam-based brand has a matching Patta Got Love Denim Pants to go with the Patta Got Love Shortsleeve Shirt. The colours and the print are the same on both items.
To go with the hoodie and the t-shirt with the snake print, there is also the Patta Basic Jogging Pants with the same print. So you can put together your own jogging outfit.

Accessories
Patta always has some accessories in their collections. This is the case again with this collection. Top left you see the Patta Diamond Packable Tote Bag. You can close this bag with an elastic band in the edge. The bag is made of nylon.
In addition to the tote bag, the Patta Diamond Backpack is also coming out. This bag is a bit bigger and has multiple pockets. The bags will be released in time for the start of the new school year. Do you still need a good stylish school bag?
The Patta Reversible Bucket Hat is also part of this drop. This hat can be worn inside out. One side has a coloured camouflage print and the other side is plain black.
