Out now! Two new Air Force 1 Crater made from recycled materials

Two new Air Force 1 Crater '07 SE made from recycled materials are waiting for us at Nike. Once again, Nike announces new sneakers made from recycled materials. This time it's two colorways of the Nike Air Force 1 that have been given a sustainable makeover.

Nike has been working for a while now to reduce their ecological footprint. They do this with their 'Move to Zero' campaign. Besides making more sustainable sneakers, they have also starting using cardboard packaging instead of plastic. Nike is also involved in planting trees. The Swoosh Brand strives also for a CO2-neutral and waste-free production process, to protect the future of sports.

Nike Air Force 1 '07 SE

Two Nike Air Force 1 Crater have been given a sustainable makeover. This Air Force 1 consists of at least 20% recycled materials. The white/black colorway features a white leather upper. The recycled materials are in the Swoosh, tongue and lining of the sneaker. The Swoosh is made of black fabric.

The second colorway has been given a light blue colour. Again, the majority is made of leather, but we see recycled materials on the blue/grey Swoosh, tongue and lining. Pictures of both colorways can be found at the bottom of this blog.
