Striking rubber materials can be found on the new Nike Air Force 1 NDSTRKT. The design is a nod to traditional work shoes. The sneaker is covered with rubber in wear-sensitive areas. This sturdy version of a sporty classic drops on Saturday 19 December.
The Nike Air Force 1 first appeared in 1982. The sneaker changed a lot in the design of the basketball shoe with his arrival. It was the first basketball shoe with Nike Air. Soon the sneaker became very popular outside the field as well. Meanwhile the Nike Air Force 1 is a real street icon. Through the years we have seen many different styles and models. Yet with the new Air Force 1 NDSTRKT you stand out very much! This new AF1 is not only comfortable, it is also 'indestructible'. The Nike Air Max 95 will also be tackled with rubber details.
Nike Air Force 1 NDSTRKT - the details
As a basis we see a Nike Air Force 1 as we know it. Furthermore, the sneaker has a white leather upper. Around the toe box we see a suede fabric in place of the white leather. Over the white sneaker there are black rubber parts. These rubber straps are exactly on the wear-sensitive points of the sneaker. In this way we see the rubber over the nose, the tongue and over the heel.
The rubber overlays come fixed with white stitching. A nice detail is also the branding of the sneaker, pressed into the rubber on the tongue. The black rubber parts have a striped and dotted pattern for extra grip. Check out the sneaker and its details at the bottom of this blogpost!
The Nike Air Force 1 NDSTRKT will drop on 19 December via SNKRS at 9:00 a.m. and at various selected retailers. There is a price tag of €150. This is slightly more expensive than we are used to from the AF1, but that is of course due to the new, cool details. Down below you can see all other retailers.
