Corteiz, a London-based streetwear label founded by Clint (aka Clint419), is getting a collaboration with Nike on the Air Max 95. The label is known for its exclusivity and its intriguing marketing strategy which includes a closed community, no professional modeling pictures to showcase products, and various social media events like scavenger hunts. Corteiz keeps its exclusivity by having a private Instagram, to ensure a closed community, where they post all their updates regarding releases. They also have a private webshop, for which the password is also posted on their Instagram.
However, this time around it's not an exclusive drop that brings Corteiz into the spotlight, but rather their collaborative Air Max 95 with Nike. So far we have only got a teaser of the shoe on Clint419's Instagram. From these teasers, we can see a military-themed design with various shades of green on the side layers and a top layer of army-style netting. The usual tiny Swoosh on the lateral side has been replaced by 'Corteiz' while its signature Alcatraz logo can be seen on the tongues. The insoles and sockliner are covered with camo print to add to the military theme.
Whether these shoes will be as exclusive as other drops from Corteiz and when they are going to be released is unknown for now. However, rumors point to a March 2023 release.
