But what means retro actually? Does retro mean 60s, 70s etc.? No, because in the meantime even the year 2000 is retro. It feels weird, but it's really true. Do you remember? Complete panic in 2000 about a computer shutdown. Metallic. Futuristic symbols and holograms. Yeah, right. Nike surprised us at the last moment with a last-minute release and bang: All of a sudden there is a new colorway with the stylish name 'Iced Lilac' and the color combination: Iced Lilac/Fire Pink/Flash Crimson/Black. BOOM! And that's exactly what it does, this colorway stands out positively and colorful. Almost color blocking and then on such a sporty silhouette. When we are allowed to go to the park again with our boot camp crew - I'll tell you what - there is a stylish moment coming out of it.

Well, the 2090 was inspired by the legendary Air Max 90, and of course the Nike Air cushioning is a must. And it feels just as good as it looks with this sneaker: COMFORTABLE! The millenium touch is given to this stylish thing by the use of transparent mesh in the upper material and the timeless elements provide a striking, modernized look. And this specially shaped transparent rubber thing on the heel - very special - and somehow reminds me of toys from my childhood.
