The sun is starting to shine more and more and the beginning of spring is in sight. This means that we can almost put away our winter coats. With a new season comes a new collection. That's why Nike presents the spring/summer collection of 2022. The collection uses sustainable materials and methods and contains various items from Nike Sportswear to Air Max Motif.
With 'Move to Zero', Nike aims for a CO2-neutral and waste-free production process in order to protect the future of sports. With the upcoming collection, they are already moving in the right direction to reach this goal by 2025. The Tech Pack will be remade using sustainable materials. The Pack will also be expanded with an EcoDown vest and an overall.
Athletes have also been thought of, the new collection will include Nike Pro compression shorts and leggings with at least 50% recycled polyester.
Like the clothing, the sneakers will be sustainably produced. The Air Max 90, Air Max 95 and Air Max 97 will be re-released with synthetic leather and recycled polyester. In addition, the Air Max Motif and Air Max Dawn are made with at least 20% recycled polyester. Finally, Nike is adding the Sun Club to the collection.
