It's the year of the Dunk. We already started the new year with lots of new Nike Dunk releases! Now, Nike announces another release for this year. The Nike Dunk High 'Syracuse' is coming back on 5 March 2021! The cool orange colorway has been a favorite on the Dunk for years. Read more about this awesome retro release below!
Last year we saw several OG colorways of the Nike Dunk. The OG colorways were part of the 1985 'Be True to Your School' pack. The orange colorway is also part of this pack. The white/orange colours represented Syracuse University. In 2016, we saw the 'Syracuse' colorway back on the Nike Dunk High and in 2020, the colorway dropped on a Dunk Low. Once again, we are expecting a retro release on the Dunk High!
Nike Dunk High 'Syracuse'
The colour scheme is as we have come to expect. The Dunk high has a white leather base. The orange colour is found on the overlays, which are made of the same material. The same striking orange colour is found on the details, such as the laces, the branding and lining. Under the white midsole is also an orange, rubber outsole.
