The Nike Air Max 1 OG 'Big Bubble' is being re-released. This silhouette is very rare and unique. The pair was part of the very first production run in 1986. This was before the official debut of the Air Max 1 a year later in 1987.
The "Big Bubble" was also called the "Big Window" in the 1990s. This is because the Air Unit of this model is extra large and extra visible. The pair retains the same colour scheme for the new release.
The upper of the 'Big Window' is made of mesh and suede. The base of the pair is made of mesh in white. The overlays are made of suede. The mudguard and Swoosh are in red and the rest is in grey. The lining and laces are in white.
Fans of the 'Big Window' will have to be patient. The Nike Air Max 1 OG 'Big Bubble' is not expected until spring 2023.
