With the many Valentine's Day related sneaker releases we've seen lately, we are already in the mood. You may think you have seen all the releases, but we have 2 more for you here! Two Air Force 1 Lows 'Have A Nike Day', with a special detail - a rose on the sole. The perfect Valentine's symbol, you might think, but make no mistake. The roses have little to do with Valentine's Day this time.
More and more we see Nike releases with a holiday theme. Halloween, St. Patricks Day, and now Valentine's Day. This is not the first year that Nike has released sneakers with the Valentine's theme. For example, last year we saw the Nike SB Dunk Low 'StrangeLove', which has become unprecedentedly popular. This year, too, there are some great Valentine's Day Nike's waiting for us.
Yet this release has nothing to do with Valentine's Day. The roses are not a Valentine's Day symbol this time. This time, the two sneakers are an extension of the 'Have A Nike Day' series, which started two years ago. The 'Have a Nike Day' is a successor to the 'Just Do It' collection, which began in 2018. You can recognise the 'Have A Nike Day' by the smiley face with a Swoosh as a mouth!
Air Force 1 'Have A Nike Day'
The Air Force has been kept very quiet this time around. We don't see any crazy or wildly colored colorway in this pack. A white and a light pink Air Force 1 both got new details. The Air logo, which can be found on the sole of an AF1, has been transformed into a rose. The 'Have a Nike Day' logo can be found on the insole. The branding on the tongue is also slightly different than we are used to. Here, the Nike logo is repeated several times.
Both colorways of the Air Force 1 'Have A Nike Day' drop on 25 February, via Nike for €110. Photos of the pairs can be found below! All upcoming releases can be found in our release calendar. We will also keep you updated via our Instagram.
