We can expect the New Balance 990V6 'Baklava' featuring Action Bronson in 2023. The American rapper and foodie wore his design during an AEW wrestling match in September 2022, but the official release date of the New Balance x Action Bronson 990V6 'Baklava' is not yet known. We expect the sneaker to release in the coming months of 2023.
To match his personality, Action Bronson has given the sneaker a cheerful makeover. The New Balance x Action Bronson 990V6 is a combination of both bold and calm colours mixed with mesh, leather, and suede materials. Neon green covers most of the upper with pink/purple rope laces. The midsole consists of two different shades of blue, which is then taken over by a brown mudguard made of suede.
On the tongue, insoles, and box, you can find Bam Bam's 'Baklava' branding, which is a reference to the recently launched digital marketplace: Baklava Flea Market. To complete the design, you can see 'Made in USA' on the heel of the shoe.
