After a successful relaunch with Aimé Leon Dore in September 2023, New Balance relaunches the T500 model in 2024, dear community. A tribute to the past with a modern flair.
Originally introduced in 1982, the T500 tennis shoe is known for its timeless aesthetic and high-quality design. The upper, made of suede and nubuck leather, features a perforated toe cap with eye-catching details. This gives it a timeless look. Unlike the rubber soles typical of older tennis models, the polyurethane midsole adds a touch of '80s technology.
The same features that made the New Balance T500 model a must-have back then ensure it remains a timeless classic today. In addition, the design is completed with the stylish simplicity of mainly white colours to suit any occasion.
To celebrate this relaunch, New Balance is releasing the campaign film "Quiet Please", as a tribute to the T500's tennis history. This short film follows Chris Cadaver, the protagonist, as he immerses himself in a world of luxury, with a humour that is seamlessly related to both the shoe and the brand.
