Following the TPC London Marathon, New Balance has released special running shoes. The two-piece pack consists of the New Balance London Edition FuelCell SuperComp Elite v3 and the New Balance London Edition Fresh Foam X 880 v13. The running shoes are already available on New Balance's website.
The TPC London Marathon, also known as the London Marathon had its first edition in 1981. The marathon is held every year to raise money for charities. New Balance has been one of the marathon's sponsors since 2017, so this is not NB's first 'London Edition' collaboration. Click here to view previous models.
The shoes are specially designed for running long distances. Both models also include a special London run tongue label. The FuelCell SuperComp Elite v3 is lightweight, this is beneficial while running. The upper is made of knitted material, which allows the shoe to let in a little bit of air and keeps the model from feeling too warm during exercise.
The Fresh Foam X 880 v13 model comes with a soft and supportive midsole that offers comfort with every step. The upper consists of synthetic mesh. The sneaker has a streamlined shape, meaning the model ensures you feel less resistance while running.
On 23 April 2023, the marathon will start and you can even participate virtually! To complete the marathon, you need to run around 26 kilometres. Will you cross the finish line with the New Balance London Edition pack?
