The New Balance 990v3 is getting a new colorway, the 'Raw Amethyst'. This colorway combines the colors purple, navy blue and red. The pair drops on August 4, 2022 at New Balance. Check out the official images here.
The New Balance 990 line is in high demand these days. The 990 model celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2022 and does so with several releases. For example, three more 990 models, the 990v1, 990v2 and 990v3, were recently released under the name of Teddy Santis. This 'Made In USA' pack combined the colors gray, light green and beige.
Now New Balance comes out with a new colorway. The NB 990v3 'Raw Amethyst' has a striking colorway. The upper colors navy blue and is made of mesh. The overlays color purple and are suede. On the center panel, we see the N logo. This colors red here. Also the 'Made In USA' emblem on the tongue colors red.
The midsole is supported by ENCAP technology. This technology gives the sneaker cushioning and comfort. On the heel, 990 appears in red. This hints at the model of the sneaker. Also, 'Made in USA' appears on the heel in cursive letters. The off-white midsole gives the sneaker a retro look.
