adidas and NEIGHBORHOOD are giving the Superstar a new look. After their collaboration with END in late June, the two brands meet again.
NEIGHBORHOOD x adidas Superstar
The Superstar that these two brands will release has been given a new look. The upper is made of rugged suede instead of smooth leather. The three adidas stripes on the side are also made of this material.
The heeltab and lacing eyelets are made of leather. The lacing eyelets, however, are only there for decoration. Instead of laces, this model has a large zip running across the middle of the upper. This makes the kicks easy to put on and take off. Next to the zip, there is a contrasting zigzag stitching.
The rubber toe cap and rubber sole remain the same, but differ in colour. The colorway with the black upper gets a cream-colored toe cap and sole. The green sneaker gets the nose and sole in the same colour green.
On the heel and next to the three adidas stripes is the co-branding of NEIGHBORHOOD. You can also see the logos of the collaboration on the insole.
