A new week has started and that means it's time for the 'Most Wanted Sneaker Releases'. In this series, we look back at the most wanted sneakers of the previous week. The week from Monday 29 August to Sunday 4 September was again full of unique drops. For example, the latest wave of Patta x Nike got its release and the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 'Slate' was also dropped.

Let's look at the Most Wanted Sneaker Releases of week 36 below.
1. Air Jordan 4 Retro SE 'Black Canvas' | DH7138-006
This week's Most Wanted Sneaker Release is the Air Jordan 4 Retro SE 'Black Canvas'. The colorway is reminiscent of the Eminem x Carhartt x Air Jordan 4 'Black Chrome', which is now on sale at retailers for over €36,000.
The Air Jordan 4 'Black Canvas' features a black canvas base combined with matching netting and suede mudguards. The eyelets and Jumpman motifs on the back come in light grey for some contrast with the rest of the upper. The midsole comes in a combination of black, white and grey and the outsole is made of black rubber, completing the design.
2. adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 'Slate' | HP7870
Second in line is the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 'Slate', which is part of the Yeezy Fall collection 2022. This heralds a new season, from sunny summer to rainy autumn.
The majority of the Primeknit upper has been given a grey color, with the 'SPLY-350' stripes across the treads deviating into dark black. This provides a great contrast to the upper. The ridged semi-transparent midsole comes in a brownish hue, giving the Yeezy 350 v2 a beige finish, which perfectly matches previous releases from the collab.
3. Stüssy x Converse Chuck 70 'Surfman' | A02052C
The 'Surfman' by Stüssy and Converse is a successor to the previously dropped black Chuck 70 and One Star.
The sneaker is environmentally friendly, this is because the traditional canvas on the upper has been replaced with breathable hemp fabric. The base has been given a pink color, the Surfman logo on the collar and the All Star logo on the tongue come in black. Which contrasts with the rest of the upper. A striking detail is the silhouettes of the traditional Converse logos that are normally found on the side.
4. Sacai x Nike Cortez 4.0 'White' | DQ0581-100
Sacai has used the colors white, red and blue for the Cortez 4.0. This is an homage to the original colorway of the Cortez. This is also reflected in the leather on the base and suede on the nose and eyestays. The heel, sole and collar have received the signature touch of the Japanese label. These consist of multiple layers. The double Swoosh completes this design.
5. Patta x Nike Air Max 1 'White' - The Second Wave | DQ0299-100
Last but not least, the Patta x Nike Air Max 1 'White', the latest colorway from the Patta x Nike Wave collection. The sneaker comes in white and, like previous colorways, has an upper of 'Metallic Silver' mesh and overlays of Off-White leather. The pair features the signature wavy mudguard and a mini Swoosh is stitched on the mudguard. Finally, the midsole is yellowed which gives a retro touch to the shoe.
