Nike Air Max 1 WMNS 'Cobblestone' | DV3027-001
The 'Most Wanted Sneaker Release' of week 25 is the Nike Air Max 1 'Cobblestone'. The first images of the sneaker were unveiled in March 2022 and the 'Cobblestone' was immediately popular among Air Max 1 fans. The Safari print on the upper is very reminiscent of the iconic 2002 Atmos x Nike Air Max 1 'Safari' collaboration.
The Air Max 1 'Cobblestone' is clad in a colour palette of light earth tones with light blue accents. The mudguards and collar feature the familiar 'Safari' print. The mudguards also feature a gold-stitched mini-Swoosh. The heel does not feature the classic Nike Air Max branding, but a large green Swoosh.
Air Jordan 1 Low OG 'Bleached Coral' | CZ0790-061
The Air Jordan 1 Low OG 'Bleached Coral' consists of a special mix of materials. The mudguards and lacing eyelets are made of cracked leather and colour black. The Swoosh is also black, but is made of smooth leather. Salmon-coloured suede can be found on the toebox and heel. The white leather middle panel gives the trainer a fresh finishing touch. What a gem for summer!
Air Jordan 4 WMNS 'Canvas' | DQ4909-100
The upper of the Air Jordan 4 WMNS 'Canvas' is, as the name implies, completely made of canvas. The material looks just like a canvas and that is exactly the intention. You are encouraged to paint them yourself, but if you want to, you can also choose to keep them nice and clean. To keep with the canvas theme, Nike has already put paint splatters in red, yellow and blue on the outsole.
adidas Yeezy Boost 700 'Hi-Res Red' | HQ6979
The adidas Yeezy Boost 700 'Hi-Res Red' is a striking sneaker. The 'Hi-Res Red' consists of a mix of mesh, leather, suede and reflective 3M details. The lace eyelets are made of leather and colour red. The collar, tongue and heel are red as well. Furthermore, the sneaker is lined in black suede overlays, a grey suede toe cap and dark grey mesh on the toe box.
The burgundy laces are bungee laces. This means that the ends are attached to each other, making the laces one piece. The Boost midsole is the same colour red. On top of this, there are blue, orange and black details. The bright red outsole matches the red on the upper. A rather colourful Yeezy compared to other designs.
Nike Air Max 1 'Madder Root' | DV3196-800
We started the list with an Air Max 1 and we end the list with one. The Nike Air Max 1 'Madder Root' is covered in cheerful summer colours. The mudguards are suede and are pink in colour, while the overlays are leather and have a light blue colour. The mesh on the nose is in a light sail tone, that can also be found on the midsole. A special detail is that the sneaker has 'Air Max' on the heel, instead of the standard 'AIR' branding.
