Kith is celebrating their 10th anniversary in 2022 and is packing big. Previously, the Kith Summer lookbook teased the New Balance 990v4 in the 'United Arrows' colorway. Now Ronnie Fieg, founder of Kith, shares new images of the sneaker. Exactly when the new 990v4 will come out is not yet known. Since it was teased in the Kith Summer 2022 Lookbook you can expect it in the summer.
This color combination of gray, pink, purple and black was first seen on the 2009 United Arrows x New Balance 997.5 collab. In 2018, Kith brought this color palette back for a triangle collaboration with United Arrows and New balance. That year we got the Kith x UA x NB 997 and the NB 997 Sport, among others.
The new Kith x New Balance 990v4 also combines the colours grey, pink, purple and black. The sneaker has a grey base and consists of a combination of suede and mesh. Various pink and purple details can be found on the underlays, heel and the mark. Black appears subtly on the laces, collar and outsole. Also special is the midsole. This one in fact contains a color gradient, making it white at the toe and cream-coloured at the heel.
The exact release date of the Kith x New Balance 990v4 'United Arrows' colorway is not yet known. However, it is expected that the pair will be released in the summer of 2022. So keep a close eye on our news page in the coming months and stay up-to date.
