Joe Freshgoods has officially unveiled his new project with New Balance. This time, the duo has unleashed their creativity on the 993. Earlier in September 2022, the collection was already teased. Now in late September 2022, the designer has revealed three pastel-colored colorways on his Instagram. A release date is unfortunately not yet known.
While we wait for this date, we can already take a look at the Joe Freshgoods x New Balance 993 'Performance Art' collection!
The New Balance 993 colorways feature suede overlays that have all been given separate pastel colors. One comes in blue, another in pink and the third in green. Each pair includes a yellowed midsole and lacing, which creates an aged look. A light grey color is placed on the mesh base. In addition, the thoughts behind the design can be read on the included 'Performance Art' labels.
