After a year of busy collaborations, Joe Freshgoods is returning with a bold take on recovery wear. The designer has teamed up once again with New Balance for a new edition of the Fresh Foam x RCVRY slide.
The pair is now available online, after debuting during a Chicago block party hosted by Joe's concept store Every Now & Then on June 7, 2025. It comes in a bright green colorway and features soft EVA foam pods underfoot for maximum comfort. Some textural elements across the upper give the slide depth, while carrying Joe's signature design language. A clean monochrome finish brings the visual impact while the outsole remains flexible to support both all-day wear and at-home recovery.
The release comes with a campaign that highlights Irene, a Chicago-based seamstress from Chinatown who worked behind the fashion scene for decades. Again, following Joe's commitment to community, this slide is a nod to the artisans who bring every design to life.
