JJJJound and Reebok are no strangers to each other. Previously, the two brands worked together on the Club C and Classic Nylon. This summer, 2022, it's time for the Reebok NPC II. As with the previous pairs, minimalism and craftsmanship are paramount.
The NPC II silhouette first hit the market in 1985 and was actually a tennis shoe. This shoe has been modernized by JJJJound and transformed into an everyday sneaker.
"The theme was to create an everyday sneaker with a simple silhouette and construction - the generic nature of this model fits well with our ethos. The shoe takes inspiration from its own origins and uses design elements we have used in past Reebok projects. Reebok allows us to be specific about the small details. We really appreciate this freedom and it allows us to create products that we are proud to offer."

The upper of the new collaborative sneaker is completely made of leather. Since JJJJound focuses on minimalism, the upper remains white. This makes the sneaker easy to wear everyday. There are no overlays on the upper, but it does play with different stitching.
On the side of the upper is the JJJJound logo in gold lettering. The Reebok logo can be seen under the heel on the midsole. Other than that, the shoe does not have any noticeable accents.
