Jeremy Scott returns to adidas with a new edition of the popular Samba OG. While his previous designs often excelled in striking use of colour and bold details, this collaboration is instead surprisingly understated.
Still, it remains a true Jeremy Scott, and that is mainly in the subtle twist.
A Samba with a twist
At first glance, the sneaker looks like a classic black Samba, with a smooth leather upper and contrasting white three stripes. But if you look closer, you will discover a silver-colored zip fastening on the tongue. When you open it, a co-branded Jeremy Scott x adidas logo appears.

Furthermore, the shoe is finished with a dark brown gum sole that keeps the OG feel intact. The design has been kept deliberately clean. Only the insole contains a Jeremy Scott logo, otherwise no prominent branding, which is rare for a release like this.

The adidas Samba usually fit narrow. In doubt between two sizes? Then opt for half a size bigger for extra comfort.
