Back at it again! After the standout 1906R 'Rose Runner' collab last year, rapper Jack Harlow now unveils his next collaboration, this time centred around New Balance's football shoe, the 442 V2 Pro Indoor. In contrast to the vibrant 'Rose Runner', this sneaker features a more subdued, somewhat retro design.
The New Balance 442 V2 Pro Indoor collab arrives at the perfect time, as the football shoe trend seems to be reaching its peak. Following the success of the Samba, the Total 90 SP is more popular than ever, and people are even being spotted in actual studded football boots these days.
Now, none other than Jack Harlow — known for tracks like 'Nail Tech', 'First Class', and 'WHATS POPPIN' — is releasing his own version. The sneaker is a personal tribute to his roots, inspired by his time playing soccer in high school in Louisville, Kentucky.
The sneaker features a clean white leather upper with quilted detailing on the toe. Burgundy and gold accents refer to his school’s colours. The tongue displays the number '80', a nod to Harlow’s jersey number. On the insole, there’s a gold map of his neighbourhood in Louisville.
The Jack Harlow x New Balance 442 V2 Pro Indoor does not yet have an official release date. However, the sneaker will drop in 2025 via New Balance and selected retailers. Keep an eye on the Sneakerjagers news page for updates on this release.
