The Hottest Sneaker Releases of Week 17. During the week of April 25 to May 1, 2022, a number of special sneakers are being released. For example, New Balance and Salehe Bemburry are coming out with two new colorways of the Yurt and Nike comes out with the SB Dunk High in collaboration with KCDC Skateshop. 26 APRIL: Nike Dunk Low SE WMNS 'Animal'

We begin the Hottest Sneaker Releases of week 17 with the Nike Dunk Low SE WMNS 'Animal'. This pair is one for the ladies and has a striking look. The sneaker combines different materials and animal prints. The upper is white and is made of leather. On the nose and heel we see panther print and the overlay at the collar has a hairy feel.
26 APRIL: Nike Air Max 90 SE WMNS 'Animal'

The Nike Air Max 90 also gets an 'Animal' makeover. Like the Dunk Low, the Air Max 90 has a white upper. On the center panel, the panther print makes its showing. The mudguard turns purple and is made of suede. The Swoosh turns white and on the heel is the Nike Air logo.
26 APRIL: Air Jordan 1 High Zoom Air CMFT 'Crater Purple'

The Air Jordan 1 High Zoom Air CMFT 'Crater Purple' has no unfamiliar colorway. The sneaker takes its inspiration from the Air Jordan 1 High 'Court Purple' and shares the same colours. The Zoom Air CMFT adds different elements to the silhouette.
The upper turns white and the overlays turn purple. The Swoosh on the center panel appears from underneath the upper. The speckled sole completes the pair.
28 APRIL: Nike Air Force 1 Mid QS 'Independence Day'

The Nike Air Force 1 Mid QS 'Independence Day' has a retro look. The sneaker colours white and has metallic blue overlays. The upper is made of leather. On the center panel, the 'Jewel' Swoosh emerges. A red Swoosh is also placed on the heel strap. The outsole is translucent.
28 APRIL: Nike Air Force 1 Mid QS 'Ale Brown'

The Nike Air Force 1 Mid QS 'Ale Brown' will also be released on April 28, 2022. Like the 'Independence Day', the sneaker has a white, leather upper. The overlays colour bronze and have a metallic finish. The 'Jewel' Swoosh is placed on the center panel. It colours orange here. The outsole colours off-white and gives the sneaker a retro look.
28 APRIL: Nike Air Force 1 Mid 'Berlin'

The Nike Air Force 1 Mid 'Berlin' also deserves a spot in the Hottest Sneaker Releases of week 17. The sneaker colours dark brown and has black overlays. Like this, it features the vibes and colours of the city. The Swoosh on the center panel colours white, as does the heel tab. On the mudguard is set 030. This refers to the area code of the German city.
28 APRIL: Nike Air Max 90 Terrascape WMNS 'Thunder Grey' & 'Pink Oxford'

Nike is also releasing two colorways of the Nike Air Max 90 Terrascape this week. The 'Thunder Grey' and 'Pink Oxford' are both designed specifically for women and use recycled materials. The sneaker is made up of 20% recycled materials. The sole is made of Nike Grind, which reuses scraps from the Nike factories.
The 'Pink Oxford' colours light pink and has been given pink overlays. The upper has a chequered pattern. The 'Thunder Grey' colours black and has beige details. Both sneakers have a translucent sole. The pull loop on the tongue has 'Terrascape' emblazoned on it.
28 APRIL: Air Jordan 11 Retro Low WMNS 'Pure Violet'

The Air Jordan 11 Retro Low WMNS 'Pure Violet' is one especially for the ladies. The sneaker has an upper made of mesh. This colours white and matches well with the light purple mudguard. The outsole has a translucent look and colours light purple. On the heel is the Jumpman logo stitched.
29 APRIL: KCDC Skateshop X Nike SB Dunk High

The KCDC Skateshop X Nike SB Dunk High features a striking colorway. KCDC Skateshop is a store in New York and celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2021. The shop did so with the Nike SB Dunk High, which will be released again in some stores this Friday. The pair combines the materials leather and suede, and the Swoosh matches the black outsole. The pull tab on the heel features the KCDC logo.
29 APRIL: Salehe Bembury X New Balance 574 Yurt 'Black' & 'Pink'

New Balance once again joins forces with Salehe Bembury and comes out with two colorways of the Yurt. The Yurt has a unique design and features whistle on the heel. Bembury's designs are known for their outdoor look. This is well reflected in the Yurt.
The 'Black', as the name suggests, has a black upper. The midsole turns dark grey and has black elements. The outsole colours bright blue and contrasts nicely with the black. The 'Pink' combines the colours beige, pink and purple. The center panel features the N logo.
30 APRIL: Air Jordan 1 Retro AJKO 'Syracuse'

The last pair from the Hottest Sneaker Releases of week 17, is the Air Jordan 1 Retro AJKO 'Syracuse'. The 'Syracuse' colorway is of course no stranger to Nike. For example, the Dunk High and Low also share this colorway. The Air Jordan 1 Retro AJKO features a canvas upper. The overlays turn orange and match the outsole. The heel strap features the Wing logo.
