Jae Tips and Saucony: a duo that continues to delight us time and again with their colorful, sleek designs. After the release of the Jazz 9 ‘I Love You But I’m Busy’, which came out earlier this year, we now see the ProGrid Triumph 4 in no fewer than four colorways, each inspired by the flora of New York City.
This is the sixth collaboration between Jae Tips and Saucony, and also his biggest one yet. The Bronx-born rapper and designer focuses on the ProGrid Triumph 4 in this project, releasing a 'Flowers Grow Uptown' pack with four styles, all inspired by plants from his hometown.
Each model is named after a common New York plant: the 'Poison Ivy', which refers more to the plant’s rash than its appearance; the 'Virginia Creeper'; the 'Perilla'; and the 'Sugar Maple', whose leaf closely resembles the logo of the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation.
The co-branding is, as we’ve come to expect from Jae Tips, centered around his signature sunflower motif, complemented by multicolored flower tongue labels. The lining is stitched with 'Made By Jae Tips', and 'Uptown' appears on the heel.
The pack was previously released via pop-ups in London and New York. On October 10, 2025, three of the four colorways will be released at selected retailers.
