Nike has a new Air Max 1 colorway in the works for the summer of 2023. The design joins other hyped releases of this year, such as the return of the 'Big Bubble' Air Max 1 '86 and the yet-to-be-released 'Chili 2.0' and 'Urawa'. The upcoming colorway is called the 'Volt Suede' and has a striking appearance due to the use of bright colors.
The 'Volt Suede' comes in a mix of mesh and suede materials and has a white base with grey overlays. Striking neon details can be seen on the Swooshes, mudguards, and other branded areas. The contrasting volt green provides a fresh look and is reminiscent of the 'tennis ball' look that was first seen on the Nike Basketball Hypermax.
Finally, the Air Bubble rests in the sole on a white midsole. While the outsole consists of three different colors: black, white, and neon.
The first images suggest that the Nike Air Max 1 'Volt Suede' will receive a GS release, so it is still uncertain whether it will also be available in adult sizes.
