New Balance and JJJound are joining forces once again. The two brands have collaborated several times in the past, with the latest release of the New Balance UK 991 'Grey' earlier in 2023. Now we see the first images of the JJJound x New Balance 2002R GORE-TEX 'Green'.

Design studio JJJound was founded in Montreal in 2006 as a 'digital mood board'. The studio focused on exploring modern and timeless designs and then went on to design them itself. In recent years, JJJound has collaborated with brands such as Reebok, ASICS, Vans and so has New Balance.

Compared to the previous 2002R colorway from the collaboration, the 'Storm Blue', the JJJound x New Balance 2002R 'Green' uses GORE-TEX material. The upper colours black and is made of mesh. The green overlays are made of stiff leather and give the colorway a chunky look.

The upper is finished with GORE-TEX, a breathable and weather-resistant material. The centre panel features the N logo. On the heel, the 2002R logo appears. The black sole and outdoor laces complete the pair.

The JJJound x New Balance 2002R GORE-TEX 'Green' has no release details for now. Check out the first images below and keep an eye on the Sneakerjagers news page for the latest updates.
