The latest FENTY x PUMA silhouette will be released on 1 December 2023: the Creeper Phatty. The silhouette has a chunky look and will appear in the colorways 'Black', 'Lavender Alert' and 'Speed Blue'. On 28 November, the model was introduced at a release event in Amsterdam. FENTY x PUMA Creeper Phatty
Rihanna is back on the scene. The singer has been working with PUMA since 2015 and has already released several models. One of the popular releases was the PUMA Creeper, a sneaker with a chunky sole. In 2023, this silhouette gained a sister; the PUMA Creeper Phatty. Unlike its predecessor, the FENTY x PUMA Creeper Phatty has a thickened upper - hence the name Phatty.
"We took our OG Creeper and made it bigger and badder," Rihanna told in a statement. So said, so done.
The Creeper Phatty will release in three colorways: 'Black', 'Lavender Alert' and 'Speed Blue'. The suede upper gives the sneaker a chic look. FENTY and PUMA branding appear on the tongue, heel and midsole.
The FENTY x PUMA Creeper Phatty comes with a raised midsole that provides cushioning and comfort. The three new colorways drop on 1 December 2023 in unisex, PS, GS and TD sizes. During the FENTY x PUMA Creeper Phatty release event, the sneaker was already highlighted. The team of Sneakerjagers was also in attendance.
PUMA release event
On 28 November 2023, the big FENTY x PUMA release event was held in Amsterdam. During the event, guests from all corners were invited. Defano Holwijn, Montell van Leijen, Sterre Marith, Vera Camilla, Jessie Maya and many more appeared with the Creeper Phatty on their feet.

The event was held at the restaurant KID in Amsterdam. After a preface held by Defano Holwijn, people were allowed to sit at the table. The menu was all about street food, combined with fine dining. Small bites with a variety of flavours were served in turns. Of course, there were also plenty of cocktails and drinks for attendees.
During the meal, there was plenty of space to talk, laugh and connect with each other. The venue was dressed in neon green details. The cutlery, shoeboxes and napkins came in an eye-catching bright green colour. After dinner, everyone was handed their own Creeper Phatty sneaker and the event concluded in festive fashion.
