Coming soon: Sean Cliver X Nike SB Dunk Low 'Christmas'

At the beginning of this year we already saw the cooperation between Strangelove and Nike SB at the Dunk Low. This sneaker has become one of the best SB releases of 2020 and is now sold for at least €1000 on resell platforms. Now Strangelove founder Sean Cliver comes with his own collaboration on the same classic skate shoe: The Sean Cliver X Nike SB Dunk Low 'Christmas'!

Sean Cliver is a skateboarder, artist and film producer. He is nowadays mainly known for his artistic illustrations on skateboards. Sean Cliver is also founder of the brand Strangelove, in which he can put all his creative ideas. Now that Sean Cliver is getting his very own sneaker, he responds to the Christmas period and some elements of the Strangelove Dunk can be seen on this release.

The Sean Cliver X Nike SB Dunk Low 'Christmas' is all about the holidays. The toebox and midfoot consist of drummed leather, while the heel of the sneaker has a silver colour. The overlays are made of soft blue suede combined with a golden Swoosh and golden Nike text on the heel.

What has come back from the Strangelove Dunk is the velvet sockliner. This gives the sneaker a soft and winter look. The insole is also nicely decorated with this release. Here are some Christmas graphics from Sean Cliver himself. The upper part rounds off the look with silver laces. Looking at the sole we see that it comes in white, together with an a glitter outsole.

How to Cop?

Many skate shops already have a raffle open for the Sean Cliver Dunk. Two of them are Sparky Store and BEN-G Skateshop. Of course, the sneaker also comes out via the Nike SNKRS app on Friday 18 December.
