adidas x Parley
adidas and Parley declare war on plastic. Because together they try to save our oceans, the largest habitat on earth, with its animals, plants and beautiful beaches. How they do it? They collect plastic waste from the beaches and instead of throwing it away, they use it for an entire collection. This collection consists of clothes but also a lot of sneakers.
Their target? To one day do away with the use of plastic that was made especially for the production. Upcycling is really becoming a trend here. And that is good and not bad at all! Ultraboost Uncaged Parley
Let's finally get to our new adidas Ultraboost Uncaged Parley and its two colorways. I think everything about this shoe is special. As I mentioned before, the sneaker is made from recycled materials, in this case plastic waste.
The upper is not made of the adidas primeknit as usual, but of Primeblue. Primeblue is a functional material that is partly made of recycled plastic. The outsole, the one you walk on, is again made of Continental's special rubber. And the midsole? Well, it wouldn't be Ultraboost without the Boost technology, don't you think?

The white adidas Ultraboost
With the colorway 'White' comes finally again a bright Ultraboost, which has with its turquoise details also the optimal something in color. The turquoise details stretch, actually like strokes, over the entire upper. This creates a wave-like design, which of course fits perfectly to Parley. The black adidas Ultraboost
The darker Colorway is also a real eye-catcher. Although it is certainly not as conspicuous as the lighter model, it contains everything you need. The 'Core Black' differs from the 'White' only in the color of the uppers, which are black. A great contrast to the other shoe. By the way, both can also be combined very well.
