BAPE and New Balance are releasing apparel, as well as three different colorways of the New Balance 57/40. A camouflage print covers the kicks, which makes BAPE's addition to the shoe is evident. The clothing collection is a bit more neutral.
The 57/40 comes in a grey, green and multi-coloured colour scheme. Mesh, leather and suede cover the upper of the shoe. The big 'N' on the side of the shoe steals the show. The New Balance branding features the BAPE's signature camouflage print. In this print, you can also see the BAPE logo. Both brands logos are located on the tong. The heel of the sneaker transforms into a mouth, which we have seen more often with the items of BAPE.
The clothing collection matches the sneaker pack. The collection includes three hoodies, three t-shirts, three shorts and three caps. The items come in the colours grey, beige and red. On the hoodies and t-shirts we see the BAPE logo in large with the different camouflage prints. The shorts and caps feature the logos of both brands.
The BAPE x New Balance collection releases on Saturday 30 July exclusively via BAPE's website and in their physical shops. The sneakers will cost €160. Check out the images of both the clothing and the sneakers below.
