AWAKE NY continues its collaboration with Reebok. Last March, AWAKE NY released two colorways on the Reebok Workout and one colorway on the Instapump Fury silhouette. Now the New York-based brand is releasing a Reebok Club C and Classic Leather with snakeskin details.
First launched in 2012, AWAKE NY was created by former Supreme brand director, Angelo Baque. Baque's clothing label reflects the vibrancy and energy that makes New York City unique. The clothing is heavily inspired by classic 90s style and extraordinary streetwear. In 2017, AWAKE NY released its first US collection and has been coming out with extensive collections ever since. Through collaborations with ASICS, Carhartt and Moncler, AWAKE NY has gained immense popularity and we can't ignore the brand anymore.
AWAKE NY x Reebok
AWAKE NY has worked on the Classic Leather and Club C silhouette. Both colorways are identical to each other and the choice lies with the model. Both sneakers have a full cream coloured upper. The base of the shoes consist of leather, together with snakeskin overlays. On the midfoot, as always, the signature Reebok logo is placed in the colour blue. This blue colour we also at the AWAKE NY logo on the heel and tongue. A nice extra on the upper is the terry cloth sockliner. The sole of both sneakers have been given the corresponding cream colour.
