The Air Jordan 11 'Cool Grey' has several variants and was first released in 2001. Less than ten years later, in 2010, the model was released for a second time. The updated version that comes out this year shares the same colours as the previous variants and has been given a translucent blue outsole.
The Air Jordan 11 is a beloved model and was one of Michael Jordan's favourite shoes. The silhouette was designed by Tinker Hatfield for Michael in 1995. In the season from '95 to '96, the basketball player could be seen on the court in the 'Concord' colourway and soon the sneaker made its appearance off the court.
The updated 'Cool Grey' has not changed much from its two predecessors. However, there are minor adjustments to the silhouette. One of them is the translucent icy blue outsole. The 2010 version also had a light blue-grey outsole, but in the renewed version, the blue colour is more present.
The model retains its sleek appearance. The upper is made of light grey suede, while the mudguard has been given a darker colour and is made of glossy patent leather. The grey colour is also found on the heel tab, where the player number 23 is printed. The Jumpan logo is printed on the heel.
