At the start of 2023, adidas and Yohji Yamamoto introduced the world to a brand new experimental clothing line. The clothing line has the name Y-3 Atelier and for its first season, it introduces us to the new adidas Y-3 ITOGO sneaker. The shoe is dropping on the 16th of March 2023 and it will be the first of many.
This new clothing line has one main focus, which is bringing a spotlight to production driven by craftsmanship, skill, and undeterred dedication. With adidas and Y-3 not being afraid to push boundaries. This new line, together with the new sneaker are certainly something to keep an eye on.
Having no fear of being innovative, the adidas Y-3 ITOGO comes in two colorways and has only five components. The sneaker starts with a knitted upper which combines with elastic straps. Below the upper we see a Boost midsole with a rubber cupsole on top of it. To finish it all off, the sneaker is put together all by hand, giving every sneaker a personal touch.
