adidas and Footpatrol join forces once again for an iconic collaboration. Since 2002, they have redesigned countless versions of classic models, ranging from the Consortium Superstar Vintage to the adidas Campus 80. This time, they have let their creativity flow with a new design for the adidas Campus 80s, which will be released on 27 May 2023.
Paying homage to the 21-year collaboration between adidas and Footpatrol dating back to the early 2000s, the sneaker brings together a unique blend of all previous adidas Campus designs.
This low model features a beige pigskin leather upper and suede toe boxes with long hair, creating a striking contrast in textures. The side panels feature the iconic Three Stripes branding, here the interior design has been removed, revealing hidden materials.
Several elements from previous collaborations have been incorporated into this new Campus 80s, creating a unique character. The double tongues are inspired by colorways from collaborations from 2007 and 2011 and come in two different colours.
The inner tongue on the left side is navy, while the right side has a beautiful burgundy hue. There are subtle snakeskin details on the heel. Last but not least, the Footpatrol Gasmask branding appears on the insole.
