Human Made and adidas Originals are not sitting still, because their next collaboration is already on the horizon. They recently launched their Fall/Winter 2021 collection. The collection consists of both sneakers and garments.
What exactly is Human Made? Human Made is a Japanese fashion brand founded by NIGO in 2010. Besides being a fashion designer, NIGO is also a producer and DJ. He is also the founder of the brand A Bathing Ape, better known as BAPE. However, he stopped doing that in 2013. Together with graphic designer Sk8thing, Human Made ventured into creating garments of both quality and authenticity to reflect the early 60s.
This is also not the first time that Human Made and adidas have worked together. The two have a huge list of collaborations together. Human Made was also part of the popular collaborations with Pharrell Williams.
Human Made x adidas Originals Fall/Winter 2021 collection
What is striking about the collection is that each item has two colours. There is also a fixed colour palette that has been used and that consists of seven colours. Namely, the colours brown, tan, orange, grey, teal, lilac and bright yellow. In total, two adidas silhouettes are part of the collection and those are the Consortium Questar and Consortium EQT Racing. Otherwise, let's take a closer look at the sneakers…
HUMAN MADE X ADIDAS CONSTORIUM QUESTAR 'LIGHT AQUA'
The Constorium Questar silhouette is dressed up in two completely different colorways. The 'Light Aqua' colorway features a rich colour combination, while the 'Cardboard' colorway features a darker colour palette.
The 'Light Aqua' colorway features an aqua mesh base with yellow, grey and darker aqua overlays. The signature Three Stripes are incorporated in a yellow colour with the quote 'Gears For Futuristic Teenagers'. Further Human Made branding can be found on the heel tab. Under the upper is a white midsole and a black outsole.
HUMAN MADE X ADIDAS CONSTORIUM QUESTAR 'CARDBOARD'
This is the darker version of the two, the 'Cardboard' colorway. This colorway features a grey mesh base with overlays in yellow, brown, orange and white. Around the forefoot, the overlays are brown and orange and run through the laces to the tongue, which is also brown. The mudguard that runs along the sides is yellow. The white Three Stripes feature the same quote as before. The sole is also processed in the same way as the other colorway.

Now we shift our focus to the second silhouette of the collection, the Consortium EQT Racing. The model is composed in the same way as the other sneaker. A combination of Light Aqua, yellow and grey colour the upper, while white and black keep the sole of the sneaker neutral. Above the Three Stripes runs again the quote 'Gears For Futuristic Teenagers'.

This 'Cardboard' colorway is also the same, but on a different silhouette. The colours grey, brown, orange and yellow adorn the entire sneaker. The quote can also be found on the sides. On the back of the shoe you can find orange Human Made branding.

As we said, the collection consists not only of sneakers, but also of clothing. We see some T-shirts, jackets and shorts. These garments are also processed in a similar colour palette as the shoes. Curious to see what they look like? Scroll down for pictures!
