Last weekend, the F1 Grand Prix took place in Miami. An eventful weekend where for once Max Verstappen did not take home the cup and the pit lane was packed with A-list celebrities. Surely the guest of honor of the day was A$AP Rocky who debuted his F1 PUMA collection with Rihanna by his side.
A$AP Rocky PUMA
In early 2024, rapper A$AP Rocky, known for songs such as "Praise The Lord," "Sundress" and "Everyday," announced his collaboration with PUMA as creative director of its Formula One line. The artist is known for his good (and distinct) clothing taste, which also seemed to appeal to the PUMA team.
Current girlfriend Rihanna already preceded him with her Fenty collab, which began in 2014. Now A$AP Rocky is also part of the PUMA team. Consequently, during the Grand Prix in Miami last Sunday, the duo could be seen in the pit lanes - both dressed head to toe in PUMA. Rocky wore his most recently released collection of tees, sweatshirts, balaclavas, and racing apparel.
Rihanna wore the PUMA Mostro in the colorway 'Pink Delight' which matched perfectly with her current hair color. Rocky was seen wearing the Uni Mostro on his feet - a silhouette that does take the term "monster" very seriously. The shoe was made with a 3D printer, and it clearly shows. Rubber spikes on the upper and sole give the model a unique look.
That Lando Norris won his first Grand Prix ever seemed like an afterthought when looking at Hollywood's favorite couple. A$AP Rocky introduced his PUMA collection in style (as we have come to expect from him).
