While we wait for season 5 of the hit series Stranger Things, we can take a look at Nike's new Cast and Crew collection. The Upside Down vibes are featured in a Nike Blazer Mid and Nike Tailwind 79. This is reflected in the sneakers at the all-black base with deep red details. For now it is only a friends and family collection, however this does not stop us from checking out the pairs with you.
Several details refer to the Upside Down, the Upside Down being an alternate dimension in the show parallel to the human world. Both models have a frayed tongue with a hint of red underneath. The Swooshes and heel feature wear options. The Swooshes will change from black to red when worn, and on the heel the Stranger Things logo is hidden behind the Nike logo.
The shoes include many more details, on the insoles there are images that fans will surely recognize such as the blueprints of the Gate and the text 'Suzie, do you copy?'. Also, the coded message of the series can be seen in English and in Russian. The message reads as follows: 'The week is long the silver cat feeds when blue and yellow meet in the west a trip to China sounds nice if you tread lightly'.
