The Air Jordan legacy continues to evolve with the upcoming release of the Air Jordan 40. Marking the 40th addition in Jordan Brand’s performance basketball line, this new model arrives in a sleek mid-cut silhouette with a super-refined design that once again sets the standard of Jordan Brand's groundbreaking history.

The pair features full-length ZoomX foam cushioning, with additional performance tech likely integrated into the outsole, following the steps of its predecessor, the Air Jordan 39. Its clean, streamlined design combines smooth white, cream, and black leathers, accented by subtle exposed stitching.
Adding to the buzz, Jordan Brand athlete Trae Young recently shared images of his off-season workouts on Instagram, but notably blurred out his feet. It is most likely that he was wearing the unreleased Air Jordan 40.
At the time of writing, full release details remain under wraps. However, we can confirm that the pair will release on July 12th 2025, for €174. Legendary footwear designer Leo Chang is also credited with contributing to the design. Keep an eye on our Sneakerjagers release calendar for the latest updates.
