1. The promotion will run from 10 April 2024 12:00 CEST to 17 April 2024 12:00 CEST.
2. How to enter:
– Download the Sneakerjagers app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
– Create an account.
– Click on the promotion banner.
– Cast your vote and follow the other steps to register your entry.
3. Entries must be received between 10 April 2024 12:00 CEST and 17 April 2024 12:00 CEST. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing time for any reason.
4. All actions required to enter the prize draw must be completed for an entry to be considered valid.
5. Only one entry per email address and IP address is permitted.
6. Participants must be 18 years or older to enter as per Dutch law. In case of participation by a minor, the consent of a parent is necessary.
7. The competition can be entered a total of 1 time over the competition period.
8. Entrants will be entered into the draw for the grand prize of their voted sneaker in the size they have registered in their entry.
9. If there is suspected cheating or foul play the Promoter holds the right to pick another winner.
10. The winner of the grand prize will receive their prize by post. The prize will be posted by 1 May 2024.
11. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
12. This prize draw is open to EU residents (including UK), with the exception of employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected to this promotion.
13. The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the announcement of the prize draw on 17 April, and also announced on the website. The winner must claim their prize within 24 hours of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
14. The prize is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value.
15. In the event of any inadvertent human errors or omissions within these competition terms and conditions, we hereby reserve the right to make necessary amendments or corrections to rectify such errors. These amendments will be made in a timely manner during the course of the competition to ensure the accurate representation of the terms and conditions for all participants. We are committed to maintaining fairness and transparency throughout the competition and will promptly address any unintentional inaccuracies that may arise. Your participation in this competition indicates your acceptance of such amendments should they become necessary.
16. Promoter may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in Promoter’s sole opinion) or who, in Promoter’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating or rigging, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants or a representative of Promoter.
17. The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw.
18. All submitted entries will be deleted after 30 days of the end of the promotion.
19. By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
