- The promotion will run daily in 24-hour periods from the 1st to the 24th of December.
- How to enter:
- Download the Sneakerjagers app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- On the releases tab: Click the advent calendar banner.
- On each day from 1/12/22 to 24/12/22 you can open a new door.
- Enter your details to participate every day.
- Entries must be received between 00:00 and 23:59 CET on each day of the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing time for any reason.
- All actions required to enter the prize draw must be completed for an entry to be considered valid,
including (but not limited to) entering an email address. - Only one entry per day, per email address and IP address is permitted. No entrant may win more than one prize in a single draw.
- Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.
- Winners are chosen at random and automatically. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
- This prize draw is open to EU and UK residents, with the exception of employees of the Promoter and anyone else connected to this promotion.
- The winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of the close of the prize draw. The winners must claim their prize within 7 days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
- Prizes will be sent out on or before Monday 9 January 2023 at the latest.
- Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the
right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value. - Promoter may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in Promoter’s sole opinion) or who, in Promoter’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating or rigging, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants or a representative of Promoter.
- The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw.
- All submitted entries will be deleted after 30 days of the end of the promotion.
- By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
