The Nike Air Max 90 was the second silhouette with a visible Air Unit. The Air Max 1 was the very first. The 90's silhouette is easily recognized by the cassette which is wrapped around the Air Unit.
The upper of the Nike Air Max 90 Essential (CD6867-115) is made of leather. Almost the entire upper is in white. Because of the simple colour scheme the sneaker fits with a lot of different outfits. On the Swoosh is a light pink colour. This soft tint comes back on the other Nike branding and on the outsole. The midsole and cassette are also in white.
