In 2022, 35 years later, this anniversary will be celebrated with the Nike Air Max 1 AMD 'La Ville Lumiere' - EU Exclusive.
The sneaker has a quiet base of white and grey. However, this is not what makes the sneaker so special; it's the materials used. The overlays are made of an iridescent material. The mudguard comes in a very light grey colour, almost beige. The biggest inspiration behind the design is Paris, La Ville Lumiere or the 'city of lights'.
