A lot of sneakerheads are of course familiar with Nike's Chicago colorway. Many iterations of this classic style release regularly on different Nike and Jordan silhouettes. Back in January 2023, the Nike Dunk Low 'Chicago Split' was teased to us, now about six months later it is finally here!

The Chicago colourway is inspired by the legendary basketball team the Chicago Bulls where Michael Jordan played successfully for years. A famous look and the new Dunk design isn't the first Chicago iteration on the Dunk silhouette either. Check out more styles here >>
In the upcoming Nike Dunk, you can see many aspects of the original colorway, for example, it predominantly uses red and white with black details.
There are many nuances on this Chicago Dunk that greatly influence the vibe of the sneaker. For instance, both the outsole and the Swoosh, as the name suggests, are split. Both parts of the sneaker is half black and half white. The rest of the Nike branding is also cut in half.
Finally, you can see that the tongue and midsole have been given an off-white colour, this creates a vintage feel.
